Finally arrived in Austria last night around 6pm and checked into our hostel. Bad Gastein is incredibly beautiful and the mountains are insanely huge (as to be expected). Let’s just say that this beginner is not quite cut out for the alps. I experienced my first ever nose bleed today after getting popped in the nose by my ski and doing a few summer salts down the mountain. Haha there’s nothing like bloody snow art on your first day of skiing! Hopefully tomorrow is a much better day for me!
