Guten Tag Mannheim

At the moment you're reading a blog about a redhead (yep, that's me) who is going to Mannheim (you can find the beautiful city to be located in Germany) for six months. Prepare yourself for stories, current updates, photos, music and all the madness that my life shall treasure over these six months. Thank you for your time & please do enjoy. Tschüss!
I passed my language course!!!!!! Thank goodness :) this week has been a mad house due to finishing my course and trying to prepare for Austria! Last night we had our international dinner where everyone was to prepare a dish from their country. Well, I ended up making Mac n cheese…. Such an easy way out. My flat mate was laughing because he said that in the American films that he watches people are always eating Mac n cheese. He found it to be very humorous that it was the very first thing that he witness me preparing in the kitchen. Of course I had to share it with him and he found it to be rather tasty!!! Today I got my certificate, did a bit of shopping for the trip and then was able to find my thyroid medicine here in Germany. Being able to find the right medicine and the exact dosage that I need here in Germany just made my day. The night ended with dinner at cafe Vienna and my final bit of packing! I am so stoked for this trip and to get out of Mannheim for a little while. Over dinner tonight we were discussing how incredible it is that we have been here for a month already, but we have not had any down time or time to ourselves. There will be a couple of days in Austria where I chill and spend a bit of time in my zone.
